AI workflow automation for construction and infrastructure

Four ways we take manual work off your project teams.

01 · SECURE AI WORKFLOW BUILDER

Secure AI workflow builder

We design custom automation layers that match how your teams already work, then deploy them inside infrastructure you control. Each build maps an existing process, routes tasks to the right people, and generates the documents that process is meant to produce. It is the foundation the other three service lines are assembled from.

Example workflows

  • Map a manual, email-driven process step by step, then automate the hand-offs between roles.
  • Generate change orders from structured inputs and route them for review and sign-off.
  • Apply your internal rules to flag documents missing required fields or approvals before they advance.

What you get

  • A working automation system deployed in your environment and documented end to end.
  • Process maps that show where manual effort was removed and how work now flows.
  • Routing and access rules configured to your roles and approval chains.

Built for: operations leaders standardizing how work moves between the field and the office.

02 · DOCUMENT & BACK-OFFICE AUTOMATION

Document and back-office automation

Document-heavy work is where manual effort piles up. We automate the reading, sorting, and drafting of the paperwork your projects run on, matched to your own formats and standards. Output lands in the systems your back office already uses, with a person in the loop wherever judgment is required.

Example workflows

  • Intake and log RFIs, then draft structured responses for a person to review.
  • Read incoming submittals, check them against your requirements, and route them to the right reviewer.
  • Match invoices against purchase orders and contracts, and flag the exceptions.

What you get

  • Processing tuned to your document formats and naming conventions.
  • Structured, searchable records of every document the system handles.
  • A review step wherever sign-off or judgment is needed.

Built for: back-office and project-controls teams buried in document handling.

03 · FIELD OPERATIONS ASSISTANTS

Field operations assistants

Field teams will not adopt another app. We build assistants that work through the channels crews already use, like text, email, and voice, so capturing information takes seconds on the devices they already carry. The office gets clean, structured data without asking the field to change how it works.

Example workflows

  • Capture daily logs by voice or text from the field and file them in a consistent format.
  • Complete safety forms and checklists on a phone, with required fields enforced.
  • Sort and tag site photos automatically so progress is easy to find later.

What you get

  • Field capture tools that run on the phones and channels crews already use.
  • Structured field data delivered to the office in real time.
  • Digital logs and checklists that enforce the fields you require.

Built for: superintendents and field crews who lose time to paperwork on site.

04 · EXECUTIVE OVERSIGHT & PROJECT INTELLIGENCE

Executive oversight and project intelligence

Leaders need to see across every active project without waiting for someone to assemble a report. We build private oversight tools that read your operational data and surface what needs attention, from a single project to the whole portfolio. The dashboards and briefs run on your infrastructure, so nothing leaves your control.

Example workflows

  • Generate a daily brief that summarizes status, risks, and open items across projects.
  • Extract action items and decisions from meeting minutes and track them to closure.
  • Flag anomalies and emerging risks by watching patterns across your project data.

What you get

  • A private executive dashboard spanning your active projects.
  • Automated briefs and alerts based on the operational metrics you choose.
  • Cross-project analytics that stay inside your environment.

Built for: principals and executives who need visibility without a black box.

05 · HOW WE ENGAGE

How we engage

We work in three stages, so the scope is clear before each one begins.

Discovery & Design

A fixed-fee project. We map your workflows and processes, design the technical architecture, and identify the automation opportunities worth pursuing before any build begins.

You receive: workflow and process maps, a technical architecture design, and a prioritized list of high-value automation opportunities.

Build & Deployment

Milestone-based billing tied to working software. We develop the custom workflows, integrate with your internal systems where APIs and access allow, configure a secure deployment, and onboard your users.

You receive: custom automation workflows, secure deployment inside your environment, integrations where they are possible, and user onboarding and training.

Ongoing retainer

A monthly retainer that starts after deployment. We maintain the system, ship updates, build additional workflows, and monitor performance against the operational metrics you agreed on.

You receive: maintenance and system updates, new workflows over time, and performance monitoring against your operational metrics.

06 · QUESTIONS OPERATORS ASK

Questions operators ask

Does our data ever leave our environment?

No. Every system we build runs inside infrastructure you control, either on-premise or in a private cloud instance you manage. Your operational data stays in that environment. It is not sent to third-party AI platforms.

Do you use public AI tools like ChatGPT with our data?

No. We do not send your operational data to public AI services. Systems are built to run on models deployed inside your environment, so sensitive information does not leave your control.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing follows the three stages above: a fixed-fee Discovery and Design project, a milestone-based Build and Deployment project, and an optional monthly retainer for ongoing work. We scope and price each stage before it starts. We do not quote a number before we understand your workflows.

How long does a typical first build take?

It depends on the workflows in scope, which is exactly what the Discovery and Design stage establishes. A first build is deliberately narrow: we target one or two high-value workflows so you see working software early rather than waiting on a large program. We agree the timeline with you during Discovery, before any build begins.

What do you integrate with: Procore, spreadsheets, email, existing databases?

Where your tools expose APIs or grant access, we integrate directly with them, including project management platforms like Procore, spreadsheets, email, and existing databases. Where direct integration is not possible, we design the workflow around the access you do have.

If we end the retainer, do we keep the system?

Yes. The system runs in your environment and it stays yours. If you end the retainer, you keep the deployed system and your data. The retainer covers ongoing maintenance and new work, not access to something you would otherwise lose.

Tell us which workflows are eating your team’s time, and we will map the highest-value places to start.
